KALINGAP is a non-stock, non-profit, non-government organization (NGO) organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with SEC registr ation number SEC. Reg. No. CN20136941 issued on April 12, 2013. It was founded by a group of committed and capable individuals who were inspired by their diverse background and experiences in development work and guided by their spiritual and moral beliefs and values orientation.
